The diversity of restaurants and shopping outlets illustrate Dubai’s intense focus on consumerism. The layout of the terminal increase the shopping mall feel with shops and restaurants centrally located in the middle corridor with the gates situated on the outer ring. Aside from the lack of toilets, DXB is a world class airport and positioned itself to adapt to the increased demands of passengers.
